Spring 2026 Update

We wanted to share some good news about what is happening around our ministry.

Men Under Construction ministry began to supply story Bibles to the London, Ohio Correctional Facility last year. We have sent over 130 Bibles so far. I received a call from Chaplain Kerr at the facility earlier this week. He advised they had a “Cup Of Hope” coffee and prayers event this week. It was attended by 90+ men including a number of new men. The availability of study Bibles was discussed and a number of the men either had one already or wanted one. He advised that the needed more Bibles and I placed an order for 60 more to be shipped this coming week. One of their table leaders, Andrew, mentioned the strong response to the prayer time. The chaplain and Andrew also said that 3 men received Jesus that evening. This is the same place where the Chaplain told me they had baptized 95 men at two events last fall.

My Tuesday night study group which has been meeting for over 4 years recently added 5 new members bringing the group to a total of 15 men. We are currently studying a book by Kyle Idleman, Every Thought Captive. Many of the men in the group are from the New York City area. A supporter and I are flying to New York in May to meet these men face to face.

Robert Meyers, a prison inmate that I have been working with since 2012, was recently released. He is doing incredible work in a number of facilities where men go when they are released — doing Bible studies, one on one meetings and podcasts to help men grow in their walk with the Lord and acclimate to their new surroundings.
